We have gotten Auto-Shipments for years now. We never had any issues for years. For years our shipments came all in one day by the Airway delivery van bringing them right into the home. Nice, wonderful service!! Now? Our shipment comes over three days time by UPS or FedEx and in SEVERAL cardboard boxes, often large boxes with one small item and they fill the space with "garbage" from their stock room. So now WE have to throw away Airway Oxygen's garbage!
And we are not the only ones that are frustrated with Airway Oxygen! It's too bad that they are cutting costs in this way. They used to be an awesome company to work with.

My husband bought CPAP supplies from Airway Oxygen in Holland several years ago and we have not been able to stop the monthly and often weekly phone calls for surveys and telemarketing. Several attempts to have our number removed from their lists have failed and we now buy our supplies online.
