I called the store to ask for an specific item and they told me they had it. I drove 30 minutes to the store a few hours later and they told me that they gave me the wrong information. The young man who helped told me that the item "looked to be 4 inch in height", but in fact was 2 inches. He never verified and gave the wrong information on the phone. This is terrible costumer service!!!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Omar was great, He surely knows how to run the office and he cares about his patients..He is a great young man!!!!
