The office reeks of cigarette smoke. They have been pretty unreliable in sending test results to my doctor. The doctor, after being prompted by a call from me, has had to call Sunbelt to request test results from many weeks earlier. My insurance company called to tell me supplies to my bi-pap machine had been shipped by Sunbelt and I could expect them in the next couple of days. I called Sunbelt three or four weeks later because I had never received the bi-pap supplies - it was 10:00 am when I called Sunbelt, and the woman who answered the phone told me they had mailed the supplies to me -- when I asked when they were mailed, she replied "today." If I had another choice, I would not be dealing with Sunbelt.

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

My husband is still waiting for the medication for the nebulizer he received on 2/21/2013. All we get is the blame game and no results. If anyone from this company is reading this, please contact us through our email. If it is possible to grant negative stars, that would be the status of this company. I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and irresponsible as this one.

The waiting room was hot. When you went in, the person who was helping me said that this was someone else's job, but she would try her best. The office area where we went into was cramped and cluttered. The employees for the most part were nice. The receptionist needed a little training in customer service though. I called to re-order my suppies, but received a recording that wants my name, address to mail supplies to and what supplies I wanted. My previous doctor sent my orders to a different company who would at least call you when you were ready to order more supplies and read off the items you were eligible for under insurance. Then you could say yes or no if you wanted them or not. So far, I am not that impressed with Sunbelt, but did give 3 stars because of the sales person/technician who assisted me.

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
