This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I can't get answers to my questions about sleep apnea. I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea and I was referred to FLORIDA MEDICAL and I can't get anyone to tell me what it is going to cost me out of my pocket. I haven't got anything from them yet and I am considering canceling my appointment with them and buying off line.

I have had nothing but problems dealing with this company. The 2 times I ordered oxygen from them, it was not delivered and I had to call back to get delivery. I ordered a new face mask for my BiPap machine after mine broke. When I called back after a week, they realized the order was waiting for authorization and they said that was a mistake because my insurance did not require authorization. They emailed the company that was shipping it out to let them know that authorization was not needed. I called the company that was to ship it directly and was told that Florida Medical had to contact the billing department to have the authorization removed, that they could not do it by email. That was yesterday and today it still has not been cleared up. Meanwhile, my equipment is duck taped together and barely holding. I switched my oxygen to another company but still have to deal with Florida Medical until the end of the year. Dealing with this company will literally take your breath away.
