They are a complete nightmare. They never supply what they say, I've re-ordered supplies 5 times, and they never come. They never call back, and basically, it would be hard to be worse. Avoid at all costs!

My doctor ordered a nebulizer and I received a call from them at 4:40 pm and told it would be delivered the next day, but I needed to pay them $3.95 by credit card, and they would then send me an agreement to digital sign. I paid them with a credit card, but after the call I reviewed the agreement which was totally unacceptable. It gave them the right to charge my card for any additional cost, no pre approval, etc. It took 4 or 5 calls the next morning to reach someone. I now must make sure my insurance company is not billed as my trust in this business is lacking.

horrible attitude went to the palm beach gardens florida location, barely went over how to use the machine and felt rushed and wasnt even busy. i think it was only the receptionist going over how to add the water and turn the unit on,, when i came home i looked over the papers and theres alot of things the machine can tell me.. like if its working well.. and different settings it looks like a great machine but i feel someone should had been professional and they were not.. would not recommend this placw

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
