I have been trying to get set up with some home testing equipment. it has thane forever. of course we blame the insurance, but that was approved and cleared before I contacted them! No return phone calls when I call, kinda rude on the phone. Hopefully I will have better service when I am finally set up with them. Wont have to deal too much except to order supplies, and if that doesn't work, ill order from another provider.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
