Definitely not! It is an extremely complicated process and very frustrating!

It's very easy to refill my prescription over the phone. I've never had a problem. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. BURRELL PHARMACY INC has really great service, and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
