I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.Because the computer wrote the above based on my answering questions...be aware that all is not 100%. What is 200% is that my dog (baby) is alive due to the excellent care delivered by these caring individuals. I am a sales manager that teaches classes on customer service and Gentle Care gets 10 stars from me.

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

The staff and vets are very caring and knowledgeable. They call you when they say they will about the results of any tests given. I have been going to Gentle Care for about 11 years and they are fabulous.



They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
