They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.
