went into this vet on Monday (8/22/2013) to have my Bulldog seen for an ear infection. I stood there for about 10 minutes while the two front desk employees were on the phone. They hardly acknowledged me. They finally got off the phone and I proceeded ask about bringing my dog into them for her ear issue. I was informed the vet was not in, so I made an appointment for Wednesday (7/24/2013) @ 11:30. I arrived on Wednesday at 11:15. The lobby was full of owners & animals waiting to be see. I checked in and let them know I had an appointment and I was here. Soon it was 12:00 and people were being called back and released, I asked the front desk employee if she knew approximately how much longer as I had made an appointment. SHe told me she didn't know for sure. I asked if it's a first come first serve even though I made an appointment. She said no appointments go first. I waited and waited, then went up and asked the front desk gal again how much longer as I scheduled an appointment with them so I could be sure to be seen on time. She rolled her eyes and said somethings have come up, like emergencies. This was after I have been waiting for a FULL HOUR. I became very agitated and said I need to know how much longer because I have to go. They then came out and took my dog at 12:15 to check her "vitals". I waited another 15 minutes before they came and got me to put me and my dog in a room to wait for the vet. The vet came into the room at approximately 12:40 and informed me she already looked at my dog and wanted to give her some medicine. I said ok. I then said to the VET, I am very unhappy with the service I have received and my dog is very stressed out with having to sit here for 2 hours waiting to be seen. I said I really don't understand what the point in making an appointment is if it is not going to be honored. She (the vet) said, well I have an immune deficiency disorder and I have to go to my doctors office all the time. I make appointments and I am aware that every time I am going to have to wait for at least an hour so I take a book with me. I said well that's great for you, this is not a doctors office and I do not anticipating waiting this long when I make an appointment. I think it is very unprofessional and your employees were not the most delightful or helpful in providing updates. The vet then said to me, "well there are plenty of other vets you can go to". I said I know and I will plan on it in the future as I will not ever want to come back here. She said "Good, we won't miss you!" She opened the door walked out and left. So if your looking to sit for hours after making an appointment and be treated poorly by all of the employees, by all means this is the place to go! I will NEVER be back here, I wouldn't care if the services were free.

I hate the fact that when I try to reach them by phone they put my call on hold and mark the button, "ignore". My time waiting on hold is traditionally five minutes or longer.
