They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I rescue sick, injuried, and orphaned wild mallard ducks and ocassionally bring sick domestic ducks and other poultry needing attention. Dr. Smith is a first-rate avian vet, has excellent diagnosis skills, prepares the necessary antibiotics, and makes herself available to answer my questions and concerns. She has two locations and is more accessible in her Placerville office. A wild-life rehabber recommended Dr. Smith and I am a happy customer.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen for an avian specialist. One thing I love about Dr. Smith, is that she treats me with respect and explains everything so well. My birds, even the difficult ones, really like and respond well to her. Her office provides great hours and two offices- in addition to mobile services. Highly recommended!

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset . I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
