No, I have complete faith in their care.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

I have been going to BVH for many, many years, with many pets. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their practice is growing so fast with the growth of the community it can almost be hard to get an appointment, but they will always work you in and take good care of you. The office is clean, modern, comfortable and welcoming.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available.
