They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
