Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pet. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
Being new to the area and having to make the most difficult decision of my life, I had to put my black lab to sleep. The staff was so kind and helped me tremendously through my emotional experience. It was as if they knew him the 9 years he was alive. I didn't know what to expect, I thought I was just going to be treated like a stranger, but it was nothing like that...so much compassion! Thank-you so much for being there and taking me in without an appointment. Even the clients waiting for their appointments were understanding and sympathetic. What a wonderful community I have moved into! I feel right at home!
