The vet and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones and friends that they should start coming here. They made sure every single question I had was answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Rates are reasonable also. I absolutely trust Dr. Lisa!!! Only problem is, their hours of operation are not the best and no one cks on animals that stay overnight. No emergency after hrs care either.
Dr. Lisa really is the best around though, very caring and knowledgable. She's never missed a diagnosis with any of my cats!!! I've taken my cats to other vets, simpy b/c I couldn't get a timely appt w/ her, wasted time and money, had to end up seeing her anyway b/c the other vets missed diagnosing my pets and she got it right. You won't go wrong with a visit here!!!

Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets are healthy. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Different areas of the building were handicap-accessible.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I found them to be the most informative and thouogh vet ever... And I have seen quite a few as I have traveled and have Great Danes. I really appriciated the genuineness of this facility. It is Country Hospitality all the way! And they have Fair pricing as well .

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
