Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Wow, this thing tried to write a review for me. I actually agree with what it wrote, so I'll be lazy and leave it. However, I really just wanted to point out that a previous review gave this vet a bad rating because their appointment was cancelled due to an EMERGENCY SURGERY. Get over yourself person.

This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Scheduled an appointment with this clinic several months ago for my 12.5 year old dog receive acupuncture treatment; about a week before the appointment they called to tell me they had to cancel. Was a little frustrated because I am self-employed and very busy and it is difficult to get away from work, but I gave this business the benefit of the doubt and decided to reschedule another appointment. Set up another appointment with them and once again they call me and tell me they had to once again cancel the appointment. At this point I was angry and asked them why?. There exact reply... and I quote," acupuncture is a secondary service and we have to put emergency services ahead of all other services." I didn't realize they could predict emergencies so far in advance? If you offer a service you should at least let a potential client know in advance that an appointment may be canceled due to other issues going on. I would not recommend this clinic; horrible service all around!
