Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I am completely disgusted with this place !! I have my dog for over a year and no one ever told me that he was supposed to get his heart worm medicine or blood work. It is my first dog so I don't always know what to ask about in terms of medicines and health, but if he were a good doctor he should have set me up for an appointment to continue with all of the correct shots and vaccinations that my dog needed. When I asked them why no one told me, their answer was, "You're right, someone should have told you." I honestly want to scream at him. His business should be shut down. I also have a friend whose dog was put down by "accident" because he was careless in his efforts to diagnose his patient correctly. This makes me sick to my stomach to think that he is in charge of caring for these little animals that can't speak up for themselves.

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
