I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It is a great Clinic to go to anytime for any reason. Dr. Navin is the best.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
