No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.
