They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence.

The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care.
