My mom called La Rue Vet clinic and asked how much it would be to get her young cat neutered. She was told $67.00. She made an appointment for later in the week. She dropped the cat to them in the morning and when she picked him up that afternoon, they presented her with a bill for $104.00. She reminded them that the quote was for $67. She was told the office visit was an additional $30. When my mom asked why didn't you tell me about that, the reply was, "because you didn't ask". WHAT A RIP-OFF. I didn't ask what the other $10.00 was for.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They even helped find a good groomer for my puppy.

They are very helpful and seem to be very competent in thier work. They have always been ready to answer our questions and concerns. I have been very impressed with thier work and how well they work with our pet. I would highly recomend Larue Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a good Vet.

I sould highly recommend Larue to care for your animals. In the Magic Valley, I have tried several other veterinary clinics and am very happy to make the drive out to Filer. The staff is friendly and caring! And they know my animals by name whether I bring them in or call on the phone. They are great about following up and making you and your animal feel like you are their top priority!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which I really didn't like very much because it gives my pet anxiety to be in a room filled with strangers. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
