They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
