I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was a little disappointed with their prices. Especially being on a fixed income. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I was impressed with the attention to customer satisfaction. The Physician did give me a breast exam which I do not understand as of yet. But if it helps me lose weight then all the better, he can do what he feels appropriate.
