Hours are convenient as they offer weekend hours. However, I have waited well over an hour simply for a follow-up/refill. The appointments aren't really appointments set in stone. You can arrive anytime and sign in. Anytime after 3pm is best to avoid the rush on a weekend day. They do offer a military discount, but you must ask for it each month. This particular office has some other supplements available for purchase, such as vitamin B shots, vitamins, etc. I have never felt pressured into purchasing any additional supplements. The staff is friendly enough, however I sense that they're simply understaffed at peak times and want to get the crush of people processed and out of there as quickly as possible. I mean, there are times when the line is out the door and down the sidewalk! The office waiting area is rather compact. Leave the kiddies at home! My questions are always answered and I never feel rushed once I'm in the consulting room. You will have one-on-one face time.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The seating they provided was very comfortable. I'm glad they invested in high quality chairs for clients. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
