They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs.

A month after completing physical therapy with another chiropractor/therapist for total hip replacement I began to have some serious pain and restriction on my surgical hip. I think I may have done some heavy lifting too early.
I went to Laurie Buob and was very impressed with her technique and approach. I was continuing my therapy exercises at home with not much improvement but each time Dr. Laurie worked on me there was a dramatic improvement. She told me it would not take more than six visits to correct my condition and by the fifth visit I was almost 100%. I would recommend her to friends and family.

When I showed up, they had me down for the wrong day. Their error. I was a new patient so she squeezed me in. Saw her for 7 mis. and was told she didn't have time to tend to/look at another part of my body that was in pain. Their office was extremely loud, no privacy, CA's running around slapping each other butts. I saw all other patients treatments and felt very uncomfortable. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. None of the therapy was explained on "why" they were doing it. No treatment program was given when left. Dr. did not even come out to say "see ya, thanks for coming" Receptionist was in to much of a hurry to try and schedule my next appt. Said she didn't have time to print a receipt. I would not recommend this clinic.
