They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
