It bears repeating. It's not just a massage, it's an experience!

I went to see Karla after being involved in an automobile accident. I was a mess.
I have had many massages with many therapists over my life time but Karla Linden stands alone.
She was able to find pain on my body that I couldn't have directed her to. She's knowledgeable and compassionate and so much more. I've never felt better.

Karla do you read minds, or just bodies? Karla is a unique and amazing person. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a massage therapist. She really does care, and she gets amazing results, calm and intuitive she truly is FANTASTIC!

Karla is very knowledgeable and sincerely cares about your specific needs. I searched for Arviga massage and found a few therapists around town, however, the others either didn't respond to email and/or phone calls or simply just didn't seem interested in my needs. Karla was responsive and I have enjoyed working with her.

My name is Naomi Parada. I have recently been involved in an auto accident. I am currently seeking medical massages from Karla. I was having numbness in my arm and pain in both my neck,back as well as headaches. She has done wonders for me. I truly believe that Karla is heaven sent and works miracles. I have referred other family members to see her. I highly recommend Karla. Karla sincerely cares about her patients.

So happy that I switched from my previous therapist to Karla! She was attentive to my needs, ready for our appointment when I arrived, asked all the questions I expected and even many I hadn't ever thought about. She is open to feedback, gentle and kind. The massage was wonderful and the atmosphere of her business is soothing and professional. She will be my massage therapist as long as I live in Albuquerque!

My experience with Karla was great. She made feel very comfortable and great through the whole massage. She took her time with me before the session to explain her process which was very good. I honestly believe she really does care about her patients and what she does. I would definitely go again and recommend her to other clients. She gave me hope!!

I live in California but was in Albuquerque tending to my mother and, after her death, to her estate. I was recovering from shoulder surgery at the same time and was in constant pain, which lead to anxiety and then even more pain. My doctors prescribed me heavy duty pain killers and Adavan, which I did not want to take

Then I got lucky. I accidentally found Karly (looked in the yellow pages) and she was a lifesaver. Karla is an excellent therapist and was able to tend to my post surgical needs. She is also a very kind person who listened to me and cried with me over losing my mother. She helped me stay off the medication and greatly reduced the anxiety and pain i was experiencing.

I describe Karla's technique as someone who is rocking a baby. That is how I felt in her hands. She also has a marvelous table designed for women so it is a very comfortable experience as well.

I just wish Karla was close to me so I could be a regular customer.

Thank you Karla - you really are a lifesaver.

Karla is a true healing professional. Her skill level shows in her ability to listen with her hands and whole being to the body and what is present on all levels. Her touch is strong and directed, her connection to what the body is speaking is totally present and she exudes a deep caring and open heart. I highly recommend her for specific problems as well as just a time of deep nurturing. For me, she was able to work abdominally with problems I was presenting without creating any defensiveness in my body. I left feeling released and nearly pain free.
