Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They are very busy. I wish they had times for older women who just need a yearly check-up so they would not have to wait as long.
