They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at Bussey Cassandra Beauty Shop as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts. I was extremely satisfied with my beauty treatment. My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered perfect results. I will definitely be a regular customer here.
