Their office was kind of gross. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly RUDE and seem to care more about themselves and HOW THEY LOOK. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. i can NOT believe how STUCK UP and RUDE all the girls there were, and they talked about personal things that need NOT be discussed at work or INFRONT of clients!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
