I went to this salon last year to have my roots lightened. I ended up in the ER with a 2nd degree chemical burn. The swelling, bleeding and blistering interfered with my job, as i was unable to wear proper protective equipment. Over the next two month, the entire top of my hair broke off to about 2 1/2 inches. Over the next 4 months, all but a fist sized amount of hair on the back of my head had broken off. This has had a huge negative impact on my self esteem. I would have sued, but the stylist, Micheal, was very nice to me. The owner, on the other hand, was a rude Italian lady, who even made a rude remark about my "american" fake nails!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
