Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The staff was one of the most respectful, helpful staffs I've ever seen anywhere. It was obvious they really enjoyed working there.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I was trying to relax, but the staff kept trying to get me to buy stuff that I didn't want. It was really annoying. I was disappointed that they did not style my hair the way I asked. I was pretty specific with what I wanted, but still left with a style I did not ask for.
