There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
