The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Celtic Hair Design. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed.
