Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. no one spoke english, except for 2 women the rest were non speaking , it was very clear to me they were illegial immigrants,,, i dont understand why the management would hire people that dont speak english,,, im confused and i think theres a laws on that hire people without citizenship,,,,

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
