For the past 5 years or so, I have gotten my hair cut at a chain salon that will remain nameless. I have never been happy with my cut for long, but assumed I just didn't know how to style it. While on my way to the nameless salon chain, I drove by Adam and Eve and decided to see if they could take a walk in. I was in luck. Not only are the prices fair (lower than I was expecting), but the stylist I saw was incredibly knowledgeable, recommended a cut that would work well for my lifestyle - aka low fuss, told me everything he was doing and why while he was styling my hair, and didn't try to sell me on anything I don't want or need. Over the course of 1 hour, I went from getting a hair cut to gaining a stylist. I couldn't be happier with my experience. And I feel confident that I can reproduce the look I walked out with when I wake up tomorrow morning. THAT is something you don't often get at a salon.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
