I would agree with the above post. There is a stylist named Angela Amundson. She goes by Angie. I had been going to Hair Magic for three years and have never had any problems until now. I went to get a cut and color and came out looking like a leopard. I had spots and SEVERE bleeding.I called the salon and asked to speak to the manager, she was not in at the time and they took my name and number and was told she would call me whenever she got in. I did receive a call back but it was not from the manager but instead Angela. I was treated very rudely and was told the manager "might" call me back if she wasn't too busy. I received a call shortly after that from the manager and was told there was nothing she could do for me. I have had my hair cut and colored several times at Hair Magic and have never been treated so badly. After the bad customer service, cut and color I did go to a different salon to get my hair redone. I will never again recommend this place for ANY service.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Never, they are very reliable.
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Did the stylist spend extra time washing your hair?
Yes, she/he even massaged my scalp. It felt great!

I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know. They did such a great job. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
