They didn't pressure me to get enhancements I didn't need. They always have my best interest in mind. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

His primary concern was to determine what my concerns were and determine what would be best for me. He then explained what proceedures would benefit me the most. He did not try to "sell" me on aditional proceedures and services. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
