I am so grateful for my experience with Fechner MD which would not have been possible without the exceptional professionalism and patient experience delivered by Brittany and Jen. Brittany was my initial contact and she handled my concerns surrounding my melisma with thoughtfulness and sensitivity. Her approach was encouraging, supportive and proactive. She connected me with Jen who treated me with the Melabrite peel. Jen was amazing! Her wealth of knowledge with my pigmentation issues made me feel very confident and reassured with her treatment approach. She treated my condition holistically and explained everything in very thorough detail during the procedure and in terms of my follow-up care. I could not be happier with my experience with these two providers. More importantly, I am seeing the impact of the treatment already after three years of dealing with melisma (including unsuccessfully treated by a dermatologist). I cannot thank these wonderful ladies enough and will certainly be back for other services!

Wonderful Experience! Had an InstaLift and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Vanessa informed me of what she was doing every step of the way. Very comfortable and felt well taken care of. Vanessa is an exemplary practitioner.

I had treatment w/Brittany several times. I have always been extremely happy w/the results. I love her personality and she always takes the time to explain procedures and answers my questions. I would highly recommend her to my friends.

Whenever I come for an appointment, everyone is kind, professional and friendly. Jennifer has done my micro blading on my eyebrows- Perfections! Exceptional outcome! Making all the difference in my total look. Also she has done my facials every 4 months. Amazing results! Hands blessed with gentleness to the touch, my skin glows! She has also done microneedling with PRP. I will let the compliments speak for themselves... 'Your skin looks good! Your skin looks really good!' and my favorite, 'I want your skin!' Jen is simply amazing in all she gives to her clients! Thank you Jen!

I am so happy with my results! I have wanted this since I was a teenager and cannot believe I waited this long to do it. It was only mildly uncomfortable for 2-3 days. I was out in public with my children in a headband by day 4- so easy to be disguised. My ears look so natural now and it was such an easy, minimally invasive procedure with a quick and easy recovery. I only wished I did this 20 years ago! Dr. Fechner was kind, detailed and amazing!
