I love the doctor, she is wonderful. Knows exactly what she is doing. The younger lady there is great, and then you have the older lady whose daughter is always in the office just hanging around all day and I really dont understand why she is allowed in the back and in the rooms if she does not work there. Her daughter does not have manners at all and burped really loud in front of my daughter and now my daughter thinks this is ok. Not really sure what the staff here is thinking allowing her to always be in the office. Did they ever hear of hipaa?

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

I love Premier Pediatrics and Dr. Diabo!!! Her office is great! She always listens to my concerns, and my children love her.There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Dr Diabio is friendly her staff is not. I usually have no problems scheduling appointments. She has no evening hours but I manage to fit in somewhere. She has no answering service which bothers me the most you leave four or five messages (dealing with an asthma issue) before she returns your call. She even sent a text message once via her receptionist after the pharmacy and I left a total of 6 messages in a three day spand. She never returned the call. I found that quite rude. I found a new pediatrician immediately.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
