Dr. Evans was very helpful and knowledgeable. She immediately recognized an ongoing issue I've been having when other doctors never paid attention to my concerns. However, I would not go back to her until she gets better staff. I had to get a series of tests to figure out what was causing the issues, plus renew a necessary prescription. The tests were done in a few days, but I couldn't get them. Despite giving the staff my phone number several times, they still somehow wrote it down wrong. I called multiple times but the phone always went straight to voice mail, no matter which extension I used. I left messages with my phone number and never got a call back. A week later, they called my husband at work and told him that I was "fine" and to call them back. I called them back but again kept getting voice mail. After 3 weeks of this I finally got them to mail me a copy of the results, which showed I was NOT fine at all. They also didn't even refill my scrip. Looking for a new doc now.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
