Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
