My dad is in the facility, every day he is setting in wet clothes, left on the toilet for over an hour, the toilet overflowed and they just left it. The family has to be there or he is left in helpless situations. They are understaffed and can't help everyone in need. It is a very sad situation. They are getting paid to take care of their clients living there. It seems they just don't care. It is pretty frustrating. Problem is there are so few care centers in Lewiston, you don't have much choice. We might as well have him at home, he would get better care, it is just too hard on my mom to take on the task anymore. If an 80 year old can care for my dad, why can't a trained staff? Makes me want to cry out loud!!!
