It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
