Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I plan on telling everyone I know about how fabulous this nursing home is. Its really a place you can trust. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Therapy team helped my get back on my feet, and definitely cared about me and my problems. This is definitely the best place around! I hope I don't have to go back there, but if I need to, this is the place I will go.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.
