Patient care is dependent on who is on shift that day. Some days I hate to leave my parent alone. No help with hygiene, bathroom, help eating. Over a week and no shower or cleansing of any kind. They do not change him into night clothes, wears the same dirty clothes day after day. No one seems concerned or makes any attempt to help when questioned. Unfortunately this was the only place available at the time.
