I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

No, I didn't notice an odor

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Kind of, but not very well

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat
