All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. As a nursing home, they make a very conscientiousness effort to provide very good care for their patients/clients. We have been very pleased with the care given to our loved one. I know several of the corrent residents and their families are well satisfied also.
