Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in New Haven got the job done when I needed rehab from knee surgery. I wasn't crazy about the food (which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5), but that's not why I was there. If I wanted better food, I'd have gone home straight from the hospital and never have walked again!

This is a good place!

From the moment the facility liaison met us in the hospital we knew we were going to be in the best hands possible during our difficult time. From admission we were greeted by social work, administrator, customer service representative, and the nurse. my experience was the best I've ever had compared to the other homes I've been in. Thank you Advanced for everything!!!

The Facility is Newly updated, they did a great job with the new renovations, its very close to Yale Hospital. The medical staff here is very attentive to the residents, overall great care and very personalized service

I've spent nearly one year at advanced care as a student nurse and found it to be a very nice place. Nurses are very nice, caring.Lets give a God thanks and be greatful for being alive and well. Please stop posting negatively when you're not sure of what life is all about. May God continue to bless all those wonderful beautiful people that are taking care of those residents. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional they make eye contact and promptly greeted me when I arrived. The facility is so clean, no odors and the floors are all very clean. They have food services for both Kosher and non Kosher Resident's and also have a Professional Baker on staff for fresh desserts everyday. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Having seen the "Old" Jewish Home, I never would have retruned to the facility but after seeing how much it has improved, I wouldn't hesitate to receive care here or place a family member in the "New Advanced Health and Rehabilitation Center. There are also 2 Certified Service Dogs on staff for visits to the staff, and the Residents really enjoy the dogs.
