Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I felt like I could not get a straight answer about insurance coverage. I also did not receive clear feedback about how my mothers medical needs would be met...I believe I was given a "canned" response.

My quadriplegic friend spent over a year in this facility, and eventually died there from a UTI. Before she went into the facility, they promised her three showers a week, she was lucky if she got one. She ended up losing hair, developing bedsores and rashes all over her body at throughout her stay due to the understaffing and neglect. Occasionally her breathing tube would pop off her throat, which would turn on an emergency light in the hall. No one would come in to check on her. She fell out of bed once, lost her breathing tube, and could have suffocated on the floor. Her savior was a nurse who just wanted to pop her head in to say goodnight. My friend's parents, my mother and I were all shocked by the atrocious care she received. Don't EVER send anyone to this facility.
